Because every piece is made to order, sized, engraved or individually sourced for you, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or issue refunds. If something isn't right, please contact us: exchanges may be considered depending on the circumstances, such as the piece, its condition and the reason for the request. Any exchange is confirmed in writing before anything is sent back.

Made-to-order timing

Production timing depends on stone sourcing, design complexity, measurements, metal, setting work, and approvals. An expected timeline is provided for the specific project. If you have an important date, include it in the first inquiry; a date is not guaranteed until it is confirmed directly.

Shipping and delivery

Available destinations, carrier, insurance, signature requirements, pickup options, delivery cost, and any applicable duties are confirmed before the piece is shipped. Inspect the package promptly and contact us immediately if it appears damaged or inconsistent with the confirmed delivery.

Custom and personalized pieces

Because custom, sized, engraved, altered, and made-to-order pieces are created or changed for a specific client, they are final sale. Any cancellation or change must be agreed before work begins; changes requested after approval may affect price and timing.

Estate luxuries

Estate and pre-owned pieces are individual items. Available condition information and the sale terms should be reviewed before commitment. Ask for any detail that matters to your decision, including measurements, visible condition, included accessories, and delivery arrangements.
